A nice diner packed with locals. Good food fast. Good coffee. They have a pretty limited menu for breakfast. For instance, no chicken fried steak. I had eggs, bacon, hash browns, 2 pancakes. They have omelettes and the burritos I saw at the next table looked really good. Forgot to get pictures but I'll be back in town in a couple of weeks.

Nice small diner to grab breakfast, waitresses are friendly and show attention to your dining experience. Food portions are a little small but will get you through to your next meal.

Best breakfast in town! Friendly, fast, service. Always clean, and the food is always consistent on quality. They're always packed but don't let it fool you...if you can get a table you will get your food quick! Or get a cinnamon roll to go! Trust me! 😉

Food was excellent and service was outstanding! It was lunch so I ordered a hamburger but had an enchilada on the side just to taste test.... Order the enchiladas they are excellent!

Out of all the breakfast places we went on our honeymoon, this was the best. We were seated timely and the kind staff made this place great, the food is great as well. Some drunk lady caused a scene about her juevos ranchero's and made for an entertaining breakfast. The waitress was very attentive even though she had to deal with the drunk lady.Had an absolutely terrible time at Denny's. I would recommend eating a shoe before going there again.

Overall it was very enjoyable. Amazing table service. Delicious meal options. Little wait for a small table. Busy at times but otherwise well received.

So I ordered a sandwich and a small but small soup and a cinnamon roll. $17.00 really it’s a sandwich. Everything was good but the price hype during this Pandemic is very distasteful! I will never go back- subway here I come!!

Only had an hour for lunch there were 7 people in our party. our server was amazing and the food came out quick and was very tasteful. Would highly recommend this place.

Great food, fast and friendly service every time!

This was a recommendation from a local friend and it lived up to the description and then some. Our burgers were fantastic and the sides were delicious. They were very accommodating to my weird food allergies and my buddy's desire to modify what's on the menu. The onion rings were absolutely perfect.

This has to be one of the best places to eat in all of Carlsbad! I been a fan since the first day they opened. They have the best food full of flavor, the best customer service, the quest speed of service, and the over all best experience. My favorite dish is their chicken Caesar salad. I would definitely go on record saying that it’s the best one in be world! I’m a salad lover, particularly the Caesar kind, and I have never had a better one. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone passing through town or lived here their whole life.

I had the pecos river special with the meatball minestrone and it WAS TO DIE FOR! Absolutely amazing food and warm, friendly service. Love love love it!

Great service, food and prices

Love all the menu items! Open for breakfast and lunch only, but they do it right! It's always extremely busy but its quick. My go to breakfast would be the huevos rancheros if I'm super hungry or the bacon burrito pronto. Lunch is a patty melt!!

Best breakfast we ever had! We're so impressed with their pancakes and red Chile sauce. Their customer service was exceptional. This has just become a must stop for my family when we are in Carlsbad.

Very rude owner or manager SHE came to my table with attitude because i send food back because it was to spicy for me and i told them i did not mind paying for both of them .She acted like i did something wrong she asked why i sent my food back i told nothing why she replied REALLY NOTHING dropped my ticket on the table and walked away.but sh has good waitresses .

Why am I paying so much for 3 onion rings? The burger was dry and the bun was soaked with the grease that was supposed to be in the burger. This isn’t just poor quality. This is a public nuisance.

Great food and wait staff. We go occasionally for breakfast they are always pretty busy but we have never had to wait for a table. Great prices.

Where's the flavor???? Seems like you know that the oil fields workers have to eat so you don't care what your food taste like!!! Glad I don't live here.

Fantastic breakfast. Great staff who actually move and work (Carlsbadians unfortunately not known for having a good work ethic). Was even pleasantly surprised to be served good quality, organic tea on a tray with honey, lemon, etc instead of the usual cheap black tea bag. Super busy but they roll with it. Very cozy and close but no one seems to mind and just carries on their conversations. Best food and service we have had in a year in Carlsbad. Thank you!!

What a great place! Service is best in town , food is always great. It's a place where you can literally be in and out in 30 minutes. Awsome place to eat.

Staff is usually pretty nice and attentive. The last time I went it wasn't super busy but I think the waitress may have been having a bad day as she didn't seem to be too happy. She passed us a few times without taking our order. But, when she did take the order it didn't take long for the food to get there. The food was amazing as usual. Would highly recommend. The only thing that that I don't really like is that they are closed on Saturdays other than that, they are wonderful.

1 of the very best in Southern New Mexico! The food is very tasty, presented beautifully. Service is beyond all else in the region. It is exciting to be there, with all the excitement of this fast-paced comradery with servers, food & drink. It is a place where you want to belong, and it looks as though the servers have a personal connection with every single table and person. And then ... the dessert case ... Wow! It is the "Cheers" of Carlsbad - absolutely THE BEST CAFE ever!

Great food and employees. Monday thru friday kind of a bummer though. Recommended through out the week !
